Costume
Collaborating with film and costume designers is always inspiring. I immerse myself in their vision, understanding their historical and design references.
Further to initial discussions, I use strong modern techniques – combinations of dyeing, applique, machine and hand embroidery to sample and produce fabrics in the studio, emulating the qualities of the original research material – beautiful, practical fabrics that stand the rigours and scrutiny of stage and film.
